Mani's Food Bar opened it's doors to Salisbury residents in 1998 when founder Mani, bought the business formerly known as Mega Bites.
Mani brought with him recipes from his childhood in Iran and tweaked them contastantly until he perfected the flavours which we still use now for our Spicy Chicken Strips, Hot Sauce, Wedges, Shish and more!
In 2005 the business was passed down to his son’s Dan & Mike, who ran it together with their close family friend Roi. They ran it for a few years and built the business. In 2009 Mike took the reigns. Since Mike and the team continued to grow the business into the busy takeaway you know and love today.
Many businesses in Salisbury have faced challenging times over the last few years however we are proud to be coming out of it still standing and we thank all of you, our cherished customers, for standing by us.
